Pick up from Warehouse
We offer fast pickup from our Melbourne warehouse free of charge within the following hours.
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3pm.
After your order is placed via our online store, you may pick up directly from the warehouse (normally next day, if ordered before 2pm). Once your order is processed and entered at the warehouse, we will send you a text or email with all pickup details.
Delivery
To ensure accurate and fair shipping costs, we have implemented a zone-based
shipping system. This means that shipping rates will vary depending on the
designated zone in which your delivery address is located.
Interstate Shipping: Please contact us before placing an
order online; our team will work out the most competitive freight pricing by
calculating the weight and pallet size. Charges for interstate delivery will
need to be processed vis our office over the phone.
