Refund
We offer a 48-hour refund period, which is valid only if the boxes, flat packs, and packaging remains unopened and untampered with. Refunds will not be processed for items that have been opened or altered in any way.
Warranty
ONLINE FENCE SUPPLIES PYT LTD. (hereafter “Online Fence”) guarantees that the aluminium fence and gate products are designed and manufactured for a long-life span and provides the following limited warranty:
- Aluminium Structure
Online Fence warrants that the aluminium structure of fence and gate will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential conditions. Online Fence provides a 10 year warranty for the aluminium structure.
- Colours Warranty
Online Fence warrants that powder coated film on the product will not chip, peel, crack or flake. However, the colour ingredients will oxidize gradually under high humidity , high temperature and high sunshine environments. Then, the colours will fade gradually. Online Fence provides 10 year warranty for Powder Coated Colours and 10 years warranty for Wooden Colours (Outdoor weather resistant wood grain) grain).
If defects occur within the quality warranty period from the date of delivery,
Online Fence Supplies will replace the defective ones or provide compensation.
Powder Coating Warranty
For the weather-resistant architectural powder coating Alesta® AD2000 provided by our company, if the powder construction process of your company meets our requirements, the product after curing into a film can be used in a normal outdoor environment without external force or man-made damage, our company can provide a 10-year product warranty.

What is powder coating?
Powder coating is a process where a dry powder is applied to the fence, electrostatically charged, and then heated to create a durable and protective finish. This makes your fence more low maintenance, resistant to wear and tear, and protected against the elements.

For all our Vertical Blade and Horizontal Aluminium Slat fencing we can have our team install your fence from $100 per meter. For all other fencing ranges install pricing will depend on the scale and details of the job.

POWDER COATING
This 10-year warranty covers Powder Coated colours. We use Alesta decorative powder coating to deliver a superior finish for all our aluminium products.
Pick up from Warehouse
We offer fast pickup from our Melbourne warehouse free of charge within the following hours.
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3pm.
After your order is placed via our online store, you may pick up directly from the warehouse (normally next day, if ordered before 2pm). Once your order is processed and entered at the warehouse, we will send you a text or email with all pickup details.
Delivery
To ensure accurate and fair shipping costs, we have implemented a zone-based shipping system. This means that shipping rates will vary depending on the designated zone in which your delivery address is located.
Interstate Shipping: Please contact us before placing an order online; our team will work out the most competitive freight pricing by calculating the weight and pallet size. Charges for interstate delivery will need to be processed vis our office over the phone.
